Monitoring
ConnexPay has identified a series of ACH transactions that were processed inaccurately. We're actively collaborating with our ACH provider to swiftly reverse these transactions and ensure that new ones are generated for the affected Payouts and Payins. Additionally, our dedicated internal teams are diligently working to release US DAFs that have been delayed. Identified
Our team has identified an issue with some ACH records that were processed incorrectly on 4/22/2024. We are working with our provider to correct the affected transactions. As a result, some US DAF deliveries may be delayed. We will provide more information as soon as it becomes available.
