Dear Valued Clients, We would like to inform you of an upcoming scheduled vendor maintenance window affecting our production environment on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, from 12:00 AM ET to 1:00 AM ET (04:00 to 05:00 UTC). During this time, our UATP partner will be performing a production release for the virtual card creation platform.
Impact While the scheduled maintenance window is 1 hour, the actual service interruption is expected to last approximately 5 minutes while the platform is updated and restarted. During this time, UATP virtual card creation requests may fail or time out.
Additional Information The UATP team will be monitoring and testing to ensure services are restored as quickly as possible. If the window is extended or additional updates are required, they will be posted to our status page. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
